What are the Hours of Operation?

We are always open. You can order from us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Even during Christmas?

The Order Processing system remains open at all times however over the Christmas period notification of closure dates will be posted on the Website and Orders will remain unprocessed until the specified date.

There are a lot of clips of Mrs. Brown available - what can I buy?

The original DVD Series consists of 7 full length DVDs namely Mrs. Browns Boys, The Last Wedding, Believe it or Not, Good Mourning Mrs. Brown, Triple Trouble, How Now Mrs. Brown, The Seven Year Itch - each full length episode was filmed on location in Dublin and in our Studios - the Discs are available to buy singularly or as a 7 DVD Boxset. There is one other Disc Mrs. Brown's Bloomers which includes outtakes from the filming of the original DVDs together with interviews with Cast.

Mrs. Browns Boys has currently five live shows (Mrs. Brown's Trilogy) written by and starring Brendan O'Carroll - The Last Wedding, Good Mourning Mrs. Brown, Mrs. Brown Rides Again, For the Love of Mrs. Brown and How Now Mrs. Brown Cow.

The fourth of the trilogy "For the Love of Mrs. Brown" was released as a full 2 Hour Live DVD but the PAL (European version)  currently has been moved to Mrs. Brown's Vault however the NTSC version of same is available to our  US/Canadian customers exclusively. The rights to the PAL Version have been secured by Universal who hope to release same early next year.

The second Play in the Trilogy Good Mourning Mrs. Brown which toured Ireland, Canada and the UK in 2010/2011 was  filmed Live at the Olympia Dublin in May 2011 and was released by Universal in November 2012 and went straight to No. 1 in the UK and Irish Charts. The NTSC Version is being finalised for release to our US/Canadian Customers. We do not currently carry the PAL Version of this Live Show for sale through the Web Shop.

The third Play in the Trilogy Mrs. Brown Rides Again which has just finished a sell out Arena Tour of  the UK was filmed live at The Echo Arena Liverpool in December and is due for release in 2013.

The fourth Play in the Trilogy For the Love of Mrs. Brown is due to tour the UK and Ireland throughout 2013 (check Website for Tickets or log on to gigsandtour.com/ticketmaster.ie). Following the release of the Tickets for sale  most venues sold out within a matter of hours!

Series One and Series Two of Mrs. Browns Boys TV Series is now available to buy. Both have reached the No. 1 Chart position in the UK, Ireland and Australia! An exclusive Limited Collector's Edition is available on the Web Shop only which includes a signed removable cover, Certificate of Authrenticity and the Audience Booklet which was available at the recordings of the Second and Third Series exclusively. This item is only available in PAL Version and no NTSC Version is currently planned - therefore our US/Canadian Customers should only purchase same if they have a modified DVD Player for playing European Discs.

The final episode of Series Two of the TV Show  aired to a staggering 8.3 million viewers on its airing in the UK. This year has seen the Series achieve high praise and an increasing fan base. The show has won the IFTA (Irish Film and Television Award) for Best Entertainment, the BAFTA (British Academy Film and Television Award), the TV Choice Award voted for by our loyal fans, the TV Times Award and the Scottish BAFTA. The Series has received a phenomenal 19 nominations in all this year.

Series One and Series Two has also recently aired in Australia to unprecedented viewing figures. Will we ever tour Australia??? Watch this space!!!

The Third Series of the TV Show was filmed in BBC Scotland in October/November of 2012 together with two  Christmas Specials due to air on RTE (Irish Television) on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and BBC One on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day. The new series will continue the following week (check local listings for scheduling times).

Are the Characters the same?

Yes, the Characters and the main Cast that play them are all the same since Agnes gave birth to them - 2 days in labour for some!

Is there going to be Fourth  BBC TV Series?

There are currently no plans for a Fourth Series of the TV Show - Christmas Specials are planned but it may end at three! Or it may not - again watch this space!!!

What Region are the DVDs?

All our DVDs are manufacturered Region Free for playback worldwide unless otherwise specified.

What is the Tour Programme/Souvenir Book?

The Tour Programmes available on the Website are the official Mrs. Browns Boys Souvenir Book which sells at the Live Shows. They include a full colour programme with cast bios and character descriptions and each one contains a special peak at Agnes!!

What books are available?

The Character of Agnes Brown is the subject of four of Brendan's five books. The Mammy (a.k.a Agnes Browne), The Chisellers, The Granny and the prequel The Young Wan which all went to No. 1 on the Best Sellers List worldwide.

Sparrow's Trap (a.k.a. The Scrapper) features the life of Sparrow McCabe a Boxer and Family Man who when faced with the decision to throw that final punch decides against it sending his life in a totally different direction.

How do I Order?

Click on "BUY" for the item you wish to purchase. You will then be brought to a screen that shows all the items in your shopping cart.

When you have finished placing items in your cart, click on "Checkout ". This is located on the shopping cart screen.

You will then need to answer a few questions pertaining to your personal and shipping information.

Can I receive my goods with an autograph?

From time to time goods will be placed on the Web Shop signed by the Author/Director Brendan O’Carroll and notification as to whether your item is autographed will be found in the item description on the Website. Due to Tour Schedules items cannot always be personalised.

What does “in the Mrs. Brown Vault” mean?

When the availability of an item is marked as “Gone to the Mrs. Brown Vault” this means this item is no longer available to buy but will be released again on a future date. Register your details on the Website for notification of pre-release dates.

How do I know you have received my Order?

After you have finished these steps, your order will process. Shortly after you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Once your Order has been shipped a further email will be forwarded to you.

How do I pay?

Please note that all prices are in Euro unless otherwise specified.

Unlike other Website we do not fix our exchange rates to avoid overcharging as these vary on a daily basis.

All payments are processed through PayPal and their Terms and Conditions apply.

How soon can I expect to receive my items?

We use An Post – Ireland’s National Postal Services for all mail. All shipping costs are included in the purchase price shown on the Shop and include standard flat rate shipping methods. Typically, merchandise that is in stock ships immediately once an order has been placed or on the next available working day. If the item you order is not available, the backorder will be shipped immediately upon receipt.

Shipment time from despatch varies depending on time of purchase, availability of stock and destination of shipment. The actual delivery date can also vary depending on customs clearance for your respective country. Additional Custom and Excise fees may apply depending on your country's duties, we cannot be held responsible for these charges and same will have to be borne by you as Purchaser.

While every effort is made for an expedited delivery from time of purchase we would ask that customers in Ireland allow a 14 day period to lapse before re-shipping can occur – for all other international Countries we would allow a period of 28 days.

What happens if my item does not arrive within that time?

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within the time period specified above you should notify us immediately at which time  we can arrange to have the order re-shipped or a full refund may be forwarded to you whichever is preferable.

What happens if I need to return an item?

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item for a full refund, under the following conditions:

Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact if applicable.

What happens if I need to cancel an item?

If you would like to cancel your order, please call our Customer Care Center at 00 353 1 864 9145 which is available 9am-6pm on weekdays. Or you can email us from the Contact Us page. If your order has already shipped from our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order and you must follow the returns process described above.
